Menu changes each day, we do that for one simple reason is called “cooking in the present”, we use the day best ingredients, the one that are working with the “daily season” the moods of the menu change with the mood of the day, it can be a rainy day, sunny and dry, or windy, or snowing, we as people react differently with the weather so food.
Chef Andrea Frizzi creates a mouth-watering menu that combines the chef’s most popular dishes with entirely new items created everyday. The restaurant’s seasonally-inspired Italian fare is comprised of farm-fresh locally-grown ingredients and clean, earthy flavors that pay homage to Frizzi’s heritage growing up in Milan, Italy.
